First "real" 4th of July

I skipped over my 4^th of July post!

So this was the first official year of Andrew actually celebrating at the fireworks and the first year I’ve been to fireworks in a while too. (Jeff was always working nights before!)

So I half expected Andrew to be a little scared, but it wasn’t that noisy this year and he just thought the fireworks were pretty cool.

“Wow…Cool mommy!”
“Get ready Mommy!”
“Whoa!”

He was so funny throughout the whole thing.

4th of July 2009

Didn't really do 4th of July in 2010 because we were waiting to celebrate with Daddy a couple weeks later!

At the zoo yesterday. He LOVES the carousel!

Had to share the cutest little Andrew moment from a couple weeks ago...

We are walking out of the grocery store and a lady is saying bye to someone (her Dad I think) and she says "Ok, bye, love you!" as we walk by, so Andrew yells "Love you!" She turned around, realizing what happened and just smiled really big :-)

He is just so darn cute right now!

Summer Days

It's 7/7/11 and I feel like we've enjoyed summer activities a lot, but there's so much more to do and so little "summer" left. Even though it's warm here all year, our pools close with the coming of the school year like everywhere else. Not fair! Here's some of our fun summer so far. 4th of July post to come ...
